Ivanka Dineva is appointed as an Executive Director of Executive Agency ‘Medical Supervision’
The Minister of Health Prof. Hristo Hinkov has taken the decision to change the management of Executive Agency ‘Medical Supervision’ (EAMS) with regard to the forthcoming restructuring of the Agency and the separation of the Executive Agency for Transplantation as an individual structure.
Ivanka Dineva is appointed as an Executive Director of Executive Agency ‘Medical Supervision’ from 26 September 2023. The Agency was managed by Prof.Rossen Kolarov till the present moment.
Ivanka Dineva has been working in the healthcare system since the year 2002. She started as a Junior Expert-Economist in the regional office of Regional Health Insurance Fund – Sofia and reached the position of a Head Expert. She has been working at several positions in the Central Office of the National Health Insurance Fund from 2008 to 2012 – a Head Legal Adviser, i/c Head of an independent Legal Department and a Director of the Legal Directorate.
She has been working as a consultant in the private sector, a lawyer to the to the Sofia Lawyer College, an Adviser of the Minister of Health from 2012 to the beginning of 2017 and a Sub-Manager of the National Health Insurance Fund in the period from October 2015 to February 2017.
Dineva was an Advisor of the Deputy Prime Minister on the Economic and Demographic Policy from May 2017 to December 2020 and a Director of the Health Insurance Fund, city of Sofia, from December 2020 to September 2022.
