Rosen Ivanov Meets with Romanian Transplant Agency Director Dr. Radu Zamfir
Rosen Ivanov, executive director of Executive Agency “Medical Supervision”, completed a two-day working visit to Bucharest, Romania, at the invitation of Dr. Radu Zamfir, executive director of the Romanian National Transplant Agency.
Rosen Ivanov attended the National Transplant Coordinators’ Meeting in Romania where he introduced the Bulgarian organ donation and transplantation system. He also took part in a press conference with Romanian media.
Mr. Ivanov’s programme included working meetings with the new Romanian Minister of Health, Victor Sebastian Costache, and the executive director of the Romanian National Transplant Agency, Dr. Radu Zamfir, where the parties discussed opportunities for development of the bilateral cooperation in the field of organ donation, transplantation and control.
